Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk

- ½ cup quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup red & blue M&M's
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together melted butter and graham cracker crumbs until crumbly. Press this mixture into the bottom of a parchment-lined 9×13 baking dish.
