  • 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 4 cloves garlic

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
  • 1 cup basmati rice
