  • 23 chicken breasts or tenders
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 12 tbsp sriracha (adjust for spice)
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • Slider buns
  • Lettuce (optional)

Instructions

  2. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with whisked egg, and one with panko.
  3. Coat each piece of chicken in flour, dip in egg, then coat with panko.
