- 2–3 chicken breasts or tenders
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1–2 tbsp sriracha (adjust for spice)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- Slider buns

Instructions
